These terms govern text message (SMS) programs operated by The Field's Edge, including Midland Neighbor Connect, a bilingual (English/Spanish) community resource guide.
You are enrolled only when you take an explicit action requesting it — entering your phone number and checking the consent box to receive a resource link or a summary of resources. By doing so, you give your consent directly to The Field's Edge to receive text messages from us. We do not add phone numbers to any messaging program without that explicit request.
Messages related to the program you requested — for example, a link to a community resource guide, or a personalized summary of resources relevant to what you asked about. Message frequency varies and is generally limited to what you requested (often a single message or a short follow-up).
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Field's Edge does not charge for these messages, but your carrier might.
No mobile information (including your phone number) and no text messaging opt-in or consent will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent is given directly to The Field's Edge. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at helpful@thefieldsedge.org.
Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving help, resources, or any program or service from The Field's Edge.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
